Credit Control / Sales Ledger Administrator

Our client, a firm within the food industry, is looking for an experienced Credit Controller / Sales Ledger Administrator to join their successful team.

In this position, you will be managing their ledger and maintain accurate and up to date customer account records. Working with minimum supervision you will manage the collection of overdue accounts and handle internal, collate weekly summaries of collections and manage internal and external queries and resolve issues within the company’s guidelines and policies.   

To be considered for this role you will have experience of working within a similar role at a professional services business. You will also:

- Have previous experience in Sales Ledger
- Have experience of undertaking receivables work
- Have experience in resolving internal and client queries in an efficient manner
- Be aware of relevance compliance requirements

The ideal candidate should be articulate and numerate, have an excellent telephone manner, good all-round communication and administration skills, be target driven and organised. A good team player and someone who can work on their own initiative.
