Our Client is a progressive accountancy practice based in Taunton. Having rapidly grown into a firm with over 100 staff and 6 partners they are now looking for an experienced Book Keeper to join their team.
This is a great opportunity, for the correct candidate based in their outsourcing team.
You will be responsible for verifying source documents, such as invoices and receipts, reconciling and balancing client accounts and producing aged debtors and aged creditor reports.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years experience within a similar role either in Practice or Industry and have excellent numeracy and communication skills.
AAT level 3 qualification is desirable but on the job experience is also equally regarded.

​Key Responsibilities:

- Verifying source documents, such as invoices and receipts
- Reconciling and balancing client accounts
- Producing aged debtors and aged creditor reports
- To proactively bring matters to the attention of the Managers
- To deliver excellent client service and to demonstrate a high standard of communication skills.
- To organise own time and workload efficiently and effectively.
